Sal the wonderdog unashamedly makes time with all the ladies at the london Comic-con
What a flirt.
I didn't bring a costume with me when I went to visit friends in London, so when it came time to hit the ComiCon, the only answer was to humiliate my Italian Greyhound, Sal.
We happened upon this young, lovely steampunk lass - and as you can tell - he hated every minute of it.
We went on to visit McFly's DeLorean, Chewbacca, Slimer, and Wonder Woman.
I brought along a few copies of Book I of The Talisher Series: "Marek's Crown" to pitch to any unwitting publisher willing to stand still long enough to hear it.
Christopher Runciman and I chatted briefly, and he said he liked my new take on Dragons, and could tell that a lot of time and effort went into making such a polished calling card.

MAREK's CROWn "Launch" on at The Arts PROJECT/Ting festival
At the 2017 ComicCon in London, Runciman Press launched a primer presenting the local arts that were also featured in the Arts Project's latest exhibit. Marek's Crown was honored by being placed dead center, in a color section of Apts Anthology primer, an annual collection of local indie graphic novel talent from the London.
They made an exception and allowed this yank to be part of the club for the evening. Many copies of the crown were signed, many friends were made, and we even sold a couple T-Shirts.
...but put that checkbook away, there's more!
